Clinical record keeping is an integral part of your Minor Illness Consultation. It shows good professional practice and the delivery of quality healthcare.

We will be examining and discussing documentation of cases who have presented in your clinic.

Delivered by knowledgeable Practitioners who have experience in Urgent Care, General Practice and Minor Illness.

It will consider your existing knowledge and explore ways of using your skills to adapt documentation and record keeping to the different challenges and ways of working that we are faced with now.
